No. WineLovers program allows to navigate through its website without registration.

May I use my PC and my Internet connection to register a friend of mine?
Yes. However registration has to be done personally by your friend. In any case it is advised to verify if our system identifies correctly the registered customer. In case of mistake it will be necessary to click on homepage "logout" and make a new login with the correct username and password.
What have I to do if I forget the password?
You will click only on "Aid", you will find the link under our logo, on the left of every page (or you can click directly here). You will receive an email with the data you have forgotten.
How can I change my personal identifying data?
Click on link " Modify personal data", you will find it in every page of WineLovers following the instruction.
How can I find the product that I am looking for?
In the table-guide to the left of every page you can have a look of a complete list of the products that we commercialise or, if you prefer, you will be able to direct your search to the products in the offer of the week, or to products with some characteristic you demand using the appropriate search engine. When you will have found your preferred product you will be able to visualize its characteristics clicking on its image or on its name. If you wish to order it you will click on buy it. If the product is "NOT AVAILABLE", please contact us and click here (click), we will be able to satisfy your request!
How much does the shipment cost?
At the moment of purchase shipment cost is always indicated in the screen of your shop cart. The cost (in euro) is inclusive of all charges (VAT); if for particular logistic reasons shipment exceeds in volume and weigh, WineLovers will contact you as soon as possible and estimate the costs added of the shipment.
How long does it take for the delivery?
Normally, from 4 to 7 working days, starting from day after order.
Regarding payments through bank transfer or mail bulletin, estimated delivery time begins from first working day after transmission, by fax or email, of the effected payment with C.R.O. (For more infos about payment click here); however you can contact us for clarifications on your purchase tracking).
How can I have more information about the status of my purchase shipment?
You will be able to check your shipment clicking on "Controls Orders" on the homepage of WineLovers, after having carried out the login.
Shipments are usually made by Italian Mail Quick Parcel Post 3
or BARTOLINI S.P.A
(transit time 72h app.).
In order to guarantee your purchases, WineLovers supplies the parcels with an emergency tape.
What happens if I am not at home at the moment of the delivery?
No problem: the courier will leave a warning; unless a different indication on the same warning is made, (for example: the courier informs you that they will pass again later on) you will be able to contact the courier's branch office and agree with them the delivery or, if you wish, you can pick up by yourselves the parcel at the courier's branch office.
Which are the payment modalities available?
The payment modalities are the following:
